www.medihope.com.au assists you to make telehealth appointments. However, www.medihope.com.au does not provide Telehealth video calls or any format of telehealth services. It is your responsibility as a health provider to check your governing bodies in regards to Telehealth legislation or regulations.

9.1 To the extent that www.medihope.com.au acts as a “processor’, in relation to your Data originating from the EEA, the following terms apply and form part of your agreement with us. Please refer https://gdpr.eu/ for further details.
- Your instructions to Us
10. 1 www.medihope.com.au only processes your instructions about personal data with our performance of services under the agreement, or instructed by you or required by applicable laws and authorities. We will inform you if your instructions may be illegal or contradict the GDPR in our view.
- Copy and Removal of Personal Data from our website
11.1 Your termination or expiration of your account, www.medihope.com.au will make all data available for you for three(3) months. You may retrieve your data within this period in a commonly used format set out by www.medihope.com.au. After this period, www.medihope.com.au may this data destroy or remain inaccessible, at our discretion except as required by law. All the related costs are at your cost.
11.2 Clinic notes exporting. In order to keep high security of clinic notes www.medihope.com.au does not provide export function for clinic notes. All clinic notes must be printed or saved individually by the user. Extra cost will be charged if you request help to export files. All files exported are only in CSV format.
11.3 Under the local governing laws, you must keep a copy of the following data but not limited to for a certain period: your clinic notes; relative identity; relative communications; invoices; payments. The request of ‘To be forgotten’ must be made in writing with signature together with email confirmation with the basic information name, date of birth, address, contact number and email address. Warning, www.medihope.com.au will never be able to recover your data once it is removed from our server.
11.4 As a client associated with practices/clinics, please contact your health providers for further assistance. Relative medical records may only remain offline rather than deletion under the governing law.

- Returns and MediHope Money Back Guarantee
You can request a return or report that you didn’t receive an item from your Purchase history and our payment record.
If you are requesting to return an item for “change of mind” (or “remorse”) reasons within 7 days of receiving the goods, the return policy as stated in the listing will apply – including your are responsible for return postage costs. MediHope will not accept a return request if it falls outside the return policy.
If an item is not received, an item differs significantly from the listing, or falls outside the return policy as stated in the listing, the MediHope Money Back Guarantee policy, which is part of this Terms and Conditions and incorporated by reference, will apply. As stated in the policy, the cost of return postage for an item that is significantly not as described will usually be our responsibility.
Buyers and sellers agree to comply with MediHope Money Back Guarantee policy and Condition of returned items policy and acknowledge that we may automate some aspects of the returns process. You also acknowledge and agree that we may exercise our reasonable discretion to make a final decision on any case – including an item returned for remorse reasons – where you and us cannot come to agreement. The refund may take up to 14 working days from the decision made from us.
As a buyer, you will be precluded from bringing an MediHope Money Back Guarantee claim if you already have made or are making a claim with PayPal or have filed or are filing a chargeback with your card issuer in respect of the same transaction. We may suspend the MediHope Money Back Guarantee in whole or in part without notice if we suspect abuse or interference with the proper working of the policy, or for commercial reasons.
Certain categories of items are excluded from the MediHope Money Back Guarantee, and other conditions apply. Please refer to our Money Back Guarantee policy for more details.
- Shipping.
All goods listed on our website are ready for delivery in Australia only. If any certain goods are out of stock or any other reason beyond delivery, we will contact you via email, SMS at the earliest time. Refunds or credit will be issued for out of stock goods.
For any orders shipped outside of Australia, postage will be calculated after the order is placed due to the varying sizes of packages for raw herbs. MediHope does not guarantee clearance through quarantine or customs in the destination country, nor do we ensure that the herbs are not classified as scheduled or illegal in your country. Please obtain the necessary clearance certificate before importing or consult with your quarantine and customs agent. MediHope will not provide refunds for purchases or associated costs if there are quarantine or customs issues.
Estimated delivery time. We use third parties couriers or contractors to deliver the goods on our website. The estimated delivery time for metropolitan areas in Australia is 3-5 working days. The estimated delivery time for other areas in Australia are 5-7 working days. For those areas in very remote islands or unreached, Meidhope reserves the right to cancel our order at our discretion and make a refund to you.
- Legal disputes
If a dispute arises between you and MediHope, our goal is to provide you with a neutral and cost effective means of resolving the dispute quickly. We strongly encourage you to first contact us to seek a resolution. If your dispute is not resolved by contacting Customer Service, all legal notices and formal disputes should be sent to MediHope’s registered agent in accordance with Clause above. We will consider reasonable requests to resolve the dispute through alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediation or arbitration, as alternatives to litigation.
Law and forum for legal disputes
This Agreement will be governed in all respects by the laws of New South Wales. We encourage you to try and resolve disputes using certified mediation (such as online dispute resolution processes). If a dispute cannot be resolved then you and MediHope irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
- General
MediHope is located at Suite 8/110 Church Street, Parramatta, NSW, Australia.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. In our sole discretion, we may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions to another entity. Headings are for reference purposes only and do not form part of this Agreement. Our failure to act on a breach by you or others doesn’t waive our right to act on subsequent or similar breaches.
We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on medihope.com.au. We will also notify you of any material amendments through medihope Messages (in My account) or directly to the email address linked to your account. Except as stated elsewhere, all amended terms will automatically be effective 30 days after they are initially posted. If you do not accept the changes you should close your account in accordance with Clause of this Agreement.
This Agreement contains the entire understanding and agreement between you and MediHope. The following Clauses survive any termination of these Terms and Conditions: Fees and Services (with respect to fees owed for our services), Release, Content, Liability, Indemnity and Legal Disputes.
